Overview

We routinely perform maintenance on the various back-end servers and platforms of Ignite Education apps to ensure the infrastructure is up-to-date and operating efficiently. 

This routine maintenance is always scheduled for the 3rd Thursday of every month, 8 pm - 12 am ET, except December when no monthly maintenance is done. It's possible that temporary slow performance and/or unresponsiveness in Ignite Education apps (e.g., Ignite on FHIR), during these maintenance windows.

It's important to keep your end users informed of the monthly maintenance schedule and any potential performance impact to the systems so they can be prepared. All functionality is restored by the end of the 8pm-12am ET window.
