If implemented, many organizations have a link users can click to get in directly, called a "passthrough link." Our system also works with several single sign-on (SSO) solutions.

We offer a large set of multilingual, multimedia topics that covers clinical inpatient education, discharge instructions, medication information, pediatrics, and more. Click here for all the latest content catalogs.

Content is updated and released every quarter—click here for the current schedule and quarterly content summary reports (new, revised, retired).

Content is clinically reviewed every 2 years. Any major guideline updates made by an accredited organization (American Heart Association, CDC) are updated in a timely fashion.

Yes, we allow clients to modify our content as they see fit, and republish it in their workflow with the updates. We also offer Custom Content Builder, which allows you to add your own content to the system for use in the EHR or elsewhere. Ask your Account Manager or Value Lead for details.

Our content is available in both English and Spanish, with a growing collection of other languages being added to our content sets. We also offer a full medical review translation service if translations are needed.
