The Activity History is patient-specific and presents an overview of all education resources provided to the patient by any clinician within the last 12 months.
Date/Time: Date and time the resource was provided to the patient
Title: Title of the provided resource
Language: Language of the provided resource
Print/Share: How resources were shared with the patient
AVS Status: If resource is/was attached to the AVS
MyChart Status: Status indicator displaying if the resources have been viewed by the patient through Patient Portal Integration
MyChart status is displayed only if Patient Portal Integration in MyChart is enabled for the organization.
Education Recall: Allows education resources to be recalled from Chart Review, the AVS and MyChart
Previously assigned education can be recalled within a set time range (e.g., 30 days) from when the education was initially assigned to a patient.
