With the recent launch of Ignite Education, we're excited to announce that Krames On FHIR and Krames On-Demand are now Ignite on FHIR and Ignite On-Demand.
Same great solutions, joining other brands like WebMD and Healthwise in a single, best-in-class health education platform.

Favorited content, when sorted by Most Relevant, can now automatically display at the top of your Recommended and Manual Search results. This eliminates the need to filter by Favorites, so you can get right to your most important resources.
Easier access to diagnostic support
Need help from the WebMD Ignite Support team? It’s even easier to get the session ID needed to troubleshoot your issue.
Click the Question Mark icon in the upper-right corner, then click the Diagnostics Page link that now appears at the top of the Help section. No more scrolling required! Copy the session ID, include it in your support ticket along with the issue, and you’re all set.
