Clinicians can tag resources as Favorites for fast find on the main Ignite on FHIR screens. Simply click the heart icon next to an item to select (or unselect) it as a Favorite.
Unfilled heart: Indicates a document that has not been tagged as a favorite
Filled heart: Indicates a document that has been tagged as a favorite
If you favorite a foreign language resource, that’s what will appear on the Favorites page. To favorite a resource in multiple languages, you’ll need to favorite each language separately.
